Lifeline Mental Health offers state-approved DUI education and therapy classes directly to individuals seeking support and compliance with court or DMV requirements. These classes are available in English and Spanish, taught by native speakers, and facilitated by licensed clinicians with expertise in substance use and trauma.

We are also a network of unique peer agencies, each delivering innovative approaches to peer coaching and recovery support. While we do not provide direct peer services, we collaborate with these agencies by offering professional supervision, note management compliance, case management, and crisis support. Our mission is to ensure both individuals and peer agencies receive the expert guidance and compassionate care needed for lasting recovery.

Peer Recovery Services

At Lifeline Mental Health, we collaborate with a select group of agencies that bring unique and complementary approaches to peer service delivery.

Each agency focuses on a specialized area of support, creating a diverse and holistic network of care. One agency serves minority populations, including Hispanic communities (English and Spanish groups) and individuals reintegrating into society after involvement with the justice system. Another offers recovery services through certifications in the restaurant industry, providing both skill development and healing opportunities.

We also partner with agencies that focus on faith and spirituality as pathways to recovery. Despite their varied approaches, all our partner agencies share a deep commitment to professionalism, excellence, and genuine care for their clients.

Fitmind - Active Recovery Workouts

FitMind is Lifeline’s innovative approach to mental health and substance use recovery that integrates physical exercise with therapeutic care. Our Active Recovery Groups combine movement-based activities with evidence-based talk therapies to promote healing of both mind and body.

Rooted in modalities like Sports Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, these groups are designed to improve mental health through physical activation, goal-setting, emotional regulation, and peer support.

FitMind is more than just a group—it’s a space to shift your mindset, reclaim control, and step into a new version of yourself. Because your past does not define you—your future does. We invite you to take on the challenge of becoming who you want to be from here forward, using movement, discipline, and community to build lasting change.
